Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LUMOO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws of The Gambia. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

2. Platform Description

LUMOO is a construction materials marketplace connecting vendors and buyers in The Gambia. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the sale contract between vendor and buyer.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• Accounts may not be shared or transferred
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Vendor Obligations

• Products listed must be accurately described
• Vendors must honour confirmed orders
• Prices must be in Gambian Dalasi (GMD)
• A 10% platform commission applies to all sales
• Vendors must comply with all applicable Gambian business laws

5. Buyer Obligations

• Payment must be completed as agreed at checkout
• Delivery address must be accurate and within our service area
• Fraudulent payment proofs will result in account termination and may be reported to authorities

6. Payments

LUMOO accepts Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Afrimoney, and QMoney. For non-COD payments, orders are only processed after admin verification of payment proof. LUMOO is not liable for payments sent to incorrect account details provided by the user.

7. Returns & Refunds

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns are subject to vendor's agreement. Refunds are processed within 14 business days. LUMOO facilitates the return process but vendor approval is required.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Republic of The Gambia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Gambia.
